1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing and using the yucatancountrylakes.mx site, you accept in full these terms and conditions, as well as the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with any part, refrain from using the site.
2. Purpose of the site
The site is an informational and commercial tool about the Yucatán Country Lakes development, a premium residential master plan located at km 5.5 of the Ucú-Chuburná highway, municipality of Hunucmá, Yucatán, Mexico. The quotes, investment simulators and lot availability shown are for reference — the binding offer is formalized solely through a written contract signed between the parties.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, renders, symbol mark, wordmark, source code, interactive maps, videos and editorial assets) is the property of Boma Desarrollos S.A. de C.V. or its licensors. Use, reproduction, modification or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.
The marks Country Lakes, Yucatán Country Lakes, the Mayan symbol mark and the editorial wordmark are trademarks registered or in the process of registration before the IMPI (Mexican Institute of Industrial Property). Use of the firms Letsche Golf Course Design, Artigas Arquitectos, EDSA and Banco Invex is made under license or commercial agreement with each firm; no reference constitutes an endorsement beyond the contractually agreed scope.
4. Reference information and lot availability
The prices, availability, financing terms, appreciation projections and construction progress shown are indicative and may change without prior notice. The actual availability of each lot is confirmed solely at the time of signing the transaction with a Boma advisor and is backed by the current trust inventory.
The quote tool and appreciation calculator simulations are educational tools. They do not constitute a promise, guarantee or investment recommendation. Any financial decision must be based on official contractual documentation signed with Boma and, where applicable, on independent financial advice.
5. Artificial-intelligence assistant
The conversational assistant available on the site uses generative artificial-intelligence models. Its responses are indicative and do not replace advice from a human Boma agent. Conversations may be stored for service-improvement purposes in accordance with the Privacy Notice. Boma is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the avatar's responses.
6. Newsletter and communications
By subscribing to the newsletter or requesting materials (investment dossier, brochure, etc.), you agree to receive periodic communications about the project. Each communication includes a clear mechanism to unsubscribe. You may also write to privacidad@yucatancountrylakes.mx at any time.
7. Technical availability
Boma makes reasonable efforts to keep the site available and error-free, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or immunity from technical failures. The site may be subject to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any functionality without prior notice.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. Boma shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the site, including lost profits or loss of business opportunities.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boma, its shareholders, officers, employees and providers from any claim arising from your use of the site in violation of these terms or of applicable law.
10. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Mérida, Yucatán, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond by reason of present or future domicile.
11. Modifications
Boma may modify these terms at any time. Material modifications will be announced on the site at least 15 calendar days in advance. Continued use of the site after the effective date implies acceptance of the terms in force.
